Annoyed!
Hello everyone! Just got home from the dentist...she felt compelled to redo one of my old fillings, so she numbed me up like crazy. I can't feel my bottom lip, chin or right cheek and the weird one is...my tongue got numbed in the process....the feeling is just plan annoying! My lip just feels huge & weird...the dentist said it'll probably be at least a couple hours before it wears off, so I'm not liking that one bit! Plus I'm hungry, but I don't want to eat in fear of biting my lip off...lol! I also got my catscan results back today...I guess I have a 15 milimeter granuloma or something on my lung, the nurse said they are usually benign and nothing to worry about and said she's had one for years. So, I guess they want me to follow up with a pulmonary specialist, so they can check me out and keep and eye one it, which basically means yearly catscans the nurse said. Well, I'm just going to go chill out and read a magazine while I wait for this numbing agent to wear off because it's just bugging the heck out of me! Well, hope everyone had a good Tuesday!

I exactly know how you feel about being all numb from the Dentist. And your right, you could bite off your lip or even tongue. So it was a good idea not to eat :)

Doesn't that numbness remind you of the big Bill Cosby did in his stand up comedy show in the 80's...I can't febbble my lipppp....lol

ReplyDeleteDentists! I dread going for my two crowns. It will take forever for the novacain from that to wear off also.
