What A Day!

Man, I wish we still had 2 days left of the weekend! I woke up this morning feeling like I got hit by a mack truck. I haven't had a cold in so many years, it's kickin' my ass! Just the fact that I can't breathe out of my nose drives me totally batty! Dan's sickness finally progressed into a major ear infection, so I spent a good part of the afternoon sitting in the emergency room with him. Just glad the medicine didn't cost too much since he doesn't have insurance...can't wait to see the bill from the hospital! They really should give you unlimited sick days at work...5 is just ridiculous! My manager was bitchin' last week that so many people have used their sick days already and if we run out, we are out of luck! You got that...he actually wants us to come into work and spread the sickness...I hope he gets sick, it would serve him right! I'd love to use my last sick day tomorrow, but I won't....yeah...I've only got 1 sick day left for the entire year because of the other people that came to work and infected me...it's a vicious cycle that never seems to end! All I can say is thank goodness I've been there long enough to where I get 3 weeks of vacation!

Well, between spending time in the E.R. and battling my cold I was able to get a few blog header requests knocked out! I'll try to get to the rest of you throughout the week. Well, I'm out you guys....a nice hot bath is calling my name! Have a good night!
