What a Great Surprise!

Hello everyone! Oh, what a cold, cold day it is up here in the Chicagoland area! I'll be keeping my butt indoors where it's warm and cozy. I've spent part of the morning creating the new etsy banner for my giveaway winner. Head on over to RockerJewlz etsy shop to check out the new banner!

I was so surprised yesturday evening! I got home from work and did my normal routine of changing into p.j.'s and starting dinner. I asked Dan if we got any mail today and he said, "Yeah, and you got a package". I just thought good, since I ordered a couple things and was expecting them any day now, so I didn't get to it right away. Then later on in the evening I seen the package laying on the table, so I grapped it and ripped it open thinking it was what I ordered and instead I pull out a handmade card with a note from my friend over at Primitive Mom of Two that said, Surprise, hope you love it! A congratulations on your first banner sale" Love Mandi" Included was a little gold envelope, so I opened it up and it was the cutest darn Cheshire Cat pendant! She's so sweet! I love it! Thanks again Mandi!!

Also, on a whim yesturday after work, I thought I'd chop all my hair off since I was sick of the pony tail look everyday since I couldn't get my hair to do anything else. I took in a pic of the girl from "Made of Honor" because I loved her cut in that movie. The girl did a pretty good job, but it's a bit shorter than I would have liked since it's the shortest I've ever had it. Oh well, my hair grows so fast, so it'll be longer in no time. What do you think?
